Lavare il polipo, farlo bollire per 45 minuti circa in
Tagliare le melanzane nel senso della lunghezza, incidere la polpa
Lavare i pomodori e sbollentarli in acqua calda, farli raffreddare
Lavare e asciugare gli spinaci, condirli con olio e sale
Cuocere gli spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata, scolarli e raffreddarli
